So, I am always very excited to explore the latest additions or improvements. For my experience, just when I thought it couldn't get any better, it gets better."
Biography:

Mid 60s - Played in the House Bands at the Howard Theater in Wash.D.C. under the direction of Charles Hampton and the Apollo Theater in New York City under the direction of Rueben Phillips. Toured Sweden with a variety show "King Coleman's" Manhattan Review.

Late 60s - Toured and recorded with R&B artists Sam & Dave. Toured with Blues artist Johnny Taylor. Recorded with The Isley Brothers.

Early 70s - CBS special "A Couple Of Don's with Don Rickles and Don Adams." Played the 1971 Monterey Pop Festival with Mary Clayton. Played in pit orchestra for 1st Miss Black America Pageant hosted by Richard Pryor,. Recorded with Little Richard. Played with Johnny Otis.

Mid 70s to Mid 80s - Founding member of A&M's L.T.D. Recorded with The Manhattans and Bill Whithers.

Late 70s - National and International tours with L.T.D. including Micheal Jackson's Victory Tour

Late 80s - Wrote and produced single "Show me" for Jimmy "Bo" Horn, a member of the K.C and the Sunshine Band stable. Produced three songs on Sam Moore of Sam and Dave.

Early 90s - Toured with LL Cool J, performed on "Round-the-way-Girl" video for the movie "Strictly Business." Grammy's performance "Mama Said Knock You Out." Toured the World and recorded with Solomon Burke "Definition of Soul" and "Live at the House of Blues." Played in Harry Connick's Big Band on Disney's "Mad About The Mouse" video.

Mid 90s - Performed in The Tina Turner movie "What's Love Got To Do With It", Pepsi commercials with Ray Charles, "You've got the Right One Baby", Bo Jackson commercials, "Bo Knows", Nike commercial with David Robinson... Big Band performance in the movie "The Pickle" with Danny Aiello. Appearance in "The Last Boy Scout" with Damien Wayans, and Bruce Willis. Performed all saxophone music for the sitcom "The Nanny" with Fran Drescher Recorded with MC Hammer for Death Row Records.

Mid 90s to the present - Performing countless jazz, blues, pop and folk festivals both domestically and world-wide. For example, Monterey Blues Festival, Monterey Jazz, Chicago Blues. Fest, Long Beach Blues Fest, Pink Pop Festival, Montreux Jazz, Chicago Blues Festival, Bonaroo and Riverbend. Nice Jazz, France, Carthage Jazz, North Sea Jazz. Performed with such artists as "Little Milton", Solomon Burke, Dorothy Moore, Shamika Copland, and many other respected and well-known artists. Toured with Bobby Womack, The Impressions, The Stylistics, The Temptations and The Phillip Walker Big Band.

Mid and late 90s - Performed with Hollywood blues artists "Guitar Jack and the No Slack Band." Monday Blues Jam at BB Kings continually for ten years. Recorded "Guitar Jack Live at BB Kings Universal City Walk, as well as his CD, "Private Tears."

Late 90s - Returned to Grad School to study jazz performance and composition at the University of California, Irvine.

2000 to present - Long awaited reunion with L.T.D. including recording and touring. Recording sessions with Phoenix Horns, Gospel Artist Elaine Norwood and Blues Pianist Floyd Dixon. World tours with Little Milton, The Phillip Walker Big Band, Bobby Womack, Solomon Burke, and Tina Marie. Recorded with blues artist Kenny Neal, 2011. Academy award winning documentary "20 Feet From Stardom", 2013. Performances at Riverbend with Rivercity Showcase Band and 10,000 Maniacs and Bonnaroo festival with Ogya, a world music ensemble.

2011 - Began working with Rovner Products Inc. attending education conferences, symposiums, and industry trade events.

Since 2010 - Performed concerts, workshops and lectures for the Tennessee Arts Commission and Education Departments of California and Georgia. Attendee of Jazz Educators Network Conference, North American Saxophone Alliance, and NAAM Los Angeles.

2014 - Composed a "tone poem" titled "B-9, A Journey Beyond Cancer." This work can be viewed on Vimeo, YouTube or Facebook.

2017 - Tour with Blues Brothers and Ana Popovic.
